Sauna whisks can be made from many different twigs (collected in summer to remind you in winter of summer fragrances). We have Birch sauna whisks, which are said to help to relieve muscles aches whilst cleaning the skin. The whisks are used to move the hot air around the sauna, and as a tool for massage or whipping, promoting improved circulation.
