WE ARE LOCATED OFF MARINE PARADE, WITH ACCESS VIA THE SANDY BEACH.

We are open every Thursday to Sunday, bank holidays and also for special events. For booking requests on Monday to Wednesday we require a minimum of a 2 hour booking. Please call for details.

Please book online or call, you can pay cash or card on site.

We also take walk in’s. So feel free to pop by and check availability.

You can cancel or amend your booking up to 48 hours prior to your booking.

Our space is limited so please do not bring more people than you have booked for. If you are a large group and intend to ‘rotate’ please get in touch before booking.

Please note: By booking the sauna you and your group are agreeing to our T&C’s and have read the disclaimer about safe sauna use. Sometimes, in adverse weather conditions, we have to stop play. In these circumstances we will let you know as soon as possible to reschedule your session or issue you with a full refund. Unfortunately, under 16’s cannot use the sauna.
