Shoreline Sauna will be hosting the Lyme Regis Bluetits swimming group on Sunday 26th June from 10-11am
You’ll need to bring:
2 towels (small towel/tea towel to sit on while in the sauna, and one for drying).
Swimwear (a dry robe is helpful too).
Water bottle to stay hydrated while in the sauna.
Flip flops, or wetsuit shoes, for easier access to the sea across the pebbles.
What to do:
We recommend 10 - 15 minutes of warming in the sauna. You’ll sit on a small towel (that you’ll bring), and you may want to wear a sauna hat (which we can provide). Remove your jewellery, it’ll get very hot, so it’s a good idea to leave it at home. The sauna will be between 60-80C….AND RELAX….Next, you can use buckets of cold water, a cold plunge in the sea, or just stand outside! After a few cycles of this practice you’ll feel refreshed and revitalised.
There’s no charge or need to book, just turn up with the Bluetits and give it a go!
