SHORELINE SAUNA, LYME REGIS
Shoreline Sauna is a beautiful and unique hand crafted wood fired sauna offering a Nordic sauna bathing experience using heat and steam (Löyly), plus cold immersion and a connection to both nature and each other.
Situated on the corner of sandy beach in Lyme Regis it has the most breathtaking sea views overlooking the Jurassic coast and easy access to the sea throughout the year whatever the weather!
We offer both private hire and communal sauna sessions, perfect for enjoying an alternative space to meet with friends and family and the opportunity to meet new and like minded people.
Our communal sauna packages are an affordable way to bring this into your weekly wellbeing, whether a sea swimmer, fitness or health enthusiast, or simply someone who loves to sauna.

A 1.5 hour Sauna where Fleur uses storytelling, oils, scents and body scrubs to make this the most beautiful immersive and multi sensory experience.
