Shoreline Sauna is a beautiful and unique hand crafted wood fired sauna, offering a Nordic sauna bathing tradition using heat, steam (Löyly), plus cold immersion and a connection to both nature and each other.

Situated on the corner of the sandy beach in Lyme Regis take in it has the most breathtaking sea views overlooking the Jurassic coast towards Golden Cap and easy access to the sea throughout the year whatever the weather!

We offer both private hire and communal sauna sessions, perfect for enjoying an alternative space to meet with friends and family and the opportunity to meet new like minded people within our ever growing community.

Our communal sauna packages are an affordable way to bring this into your weekly wellbeing, whether a sea swimmer, fitness or health enthusiast, or simply someone who loves to sauna.

    A 2 hour sauna ritual based on Lithuanian Pirtis techniques of hot and cold, breathwork, body scrubs and whisking.

Lou immediately makes you feel welcome and explains everything you need to know about the sauna, she advised on how many dips you should do, and her positive energy is just infectious...   • A peaceful oasis, perfectly positioned by the beach. Everything is very straightforward, from booking your slot online, to arriving and getting all the necessary information from the host. I arrived feeling sluggish and left feeling revitalised and inspired. I’m certainly going to use it again in future (and more saunas in general). I visited during a public session, but you can also go privately with your own group, which would be great too! Get yourself booked in. You won’t be disappointed!

  • One for your bucket list! Exceeded expectations, relaxing your body and mind. A clean, friendly, well thought out setup, Sauna by the sea! Had the opportunity to attend a private session as a group of six ladies. Then returned to take my husband for his birthday. Lou the owner is welcoming, advisory and elevates the whole experience. Has such a good energy vibe that makes you want to keep returning. A hidden gem… one we can all benefit from!!
